I have sung with the Hurst Green Singers since January 2024, but this was not the start of my singing journey. Being a part of such a musical community forms a big part of my wellbeing and state of mind. I have had a stammer for the best part of my life since I was seven years old, but I have always been able to sing with no issues. Singing is my relaxation tool, whatever the difficulty of repertoire, it will always be a coping mechanism. I have sung with various different bands and choirs in the past including Somerset County Youth Choir, Aberystwyth Choral Union and Elizabethan Madrigal Singers.
To top it all off, to have such an inspiring Musical Director as Jamie, truly brings the pieces we sing to life. I am certain greater things will be achieved, so join us on an amazing choir ride.
